Mr. Allen received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School in 2009. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago in 2003. Mr. Allen is licensed to practice law in the State of New Mexico, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Judicial District, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Allen has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, primarily in the areas of general liability matters, business litigation, insurance defense, and commercial bankruptcy matters. Mr. Allen currently practices in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice defense and general civil litigation.
